1. The Promoter
Rodney Originals is operated by Win With Rodney Limited, trading as Rodney Originals. The registered office is Flat 2, Block F, Southwark Street, London SE1 0TQ. For any enquiries, please contact us via the Contact Us page on our website.

2. The Product
Rodney Originals sells digital trading card packs only. All packs and cards are digital. No physical cards or items are produced or shipped. Digital packs are delivered electronically after purchase. Each series consists of 100 individually designed digital cards.

3. Prize Draw
Purchasing a Rodney Originals digital pack provides the opportunity to take part in a prize draw, subject to answering a question correctly. The prize draw is not a lottery and is operated in accordance with UK law.

4. Question Requirement
To be eligible for inclusion in the prize draw, participants must answer the question correctly. The question is deliberately designed to require a level of skill, knowledge, or judgement in order to comply with UK law. Answers cannot be changed once submitted. If the question is answered incorrectly, the participant will not be included in the prize draw; however, the digital cards purchased will still be delivered.

5. Entries
Each purchase provides five entries into the prize draw. Multiple purchases will result in additional entries being included. All eligible entries are treated equally and are selected at random during the draw.

6. Free Postal Entry
A free entry route is available. To enter for free, participants must send their name, address, email address, telephone number, and the correct answer to the question by post to Win With Rodney Limited, Flat 2, Block F, Southwark Street, London SE1 0TQ. Each free entry must be submitted separately. Bulk entries will be treated as a single entry. Any limits stated for the draw apply equally to free and paid entries.

7. Winner Selection
All eligible entries are entered into the draw. Winners are selected at random from all correct entries during a live draw to ensure fairness and transparency.

8. Winner Notification
Winners are announced live on TikTok. If a winner is not present during the live draw, they will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of entry, usually by email or telephone. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Entries from outside the UK are not accepted.

10. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the products, all purchases are non-refundable once delivered. This applies regardless of whether the question is answered correctly or incorrectly, or whether an entry is included in the prize draw.

11. Data Protection
Personal data is collected and used solely for order processing, prize draw administration, and contacting winners. Customer data is not sold or shared with third parties and is stored securely.

12. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary, to suspend or withdraw prize draws, and to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions. Any changes will be published on this page.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
